Pecan Tart with Whipped Crème Fraiche

Not French, but Creole and delicious. These are individual versions of Southern Pecan Pie, made with lots of butter and brown sugar, served with a very lightly sweetened whipped crème fraiche which offsets the sugar shock of the tart.
